4 stars: First off all the app is working very fast and it's amazing there is no any issue about the app.... But one issue which personally i am facing is that whenever i book a ride in the very next second the captain call us and they ask for the drop location and according to drop location they decide that they will take the ride....this is what issue i am facing...plzz try to solve this👍🏻👍🏻
3 stars: Good : gives cost effective mode to travel within the city. Bad : the interface is really slow and occasionally shows drop location in Africa. Also, the minimised mode at times does not respond to touch and restoring it to normal view is a pain. Ugly: 70% Drivers need to be told to ride slow and not jump signals, and ride over pedestrians. The helmets carried by the captian is mostly in very small size.
