3 stars: Lately it's been pretty buggy. I'll be watching a camera and the app crashes. Also, my skypanel will reboot on it's own sometimes when I come in the house. And something DEFINITELY needs to be done about the alert tone issue. A couple of suggestions for the suggestion box... 1. 3 stars: Good features in theory, functionality is laggy and poor though. Ive had Vivint for 5 years and it gets more glitchy all the time. Really getting tired of messing with it all the time. Cameras super slow to load, stop recording randomly. I have a top of the line netgear router, 300mb fiber optic Internet, new phones. Vivint is the week link. Not sure I will renew.
4 stars: Since the update on Sept 13 the app is chaos. I can't get notifications to respond. Any notification is always the door bell no matter what I set as notification. All worked fine until last update. Hope someone is working to correct. After 4 app updates it is now a lot better than it was. Still some lag time between activity and notification.
4 stars: Works well now. Be careful. Had to uninstall and reinstall because it do not shut off my alarm system properly. Perhaps clearing the cache every once in a while would be wise? Someone who had entry to my home found police called because there app did not shut off the system properly. Always check the website to make sure your system is of.
