4 stars: It does what it's supposed to. I'd give it give stars but it doesn't give you destination options. I bought a ticket to Long Beach because it didn't give me a list of available stations. I would have gone to Redondo bet didn't know that was an option. If they had a route map it would be easier to pick a destination.
4 stars: The rides were fine, but ticket buying proccess was misleading to me since I picked both going and return date and there were no roundtrip ticket offers. Also ticket cancelling refunds you with flixbus voucher, if I wasn't satisfied there why would I want to book again? So I ended up buying two tickets, and so far it's good quality service, but the app / moneyback policy could improve.
