5 stars: I have used this app religiously for 4 years and LOVE it! Recently I switched my phones and was having issues with importing my local backup. After emailing customer support, they were able to upload my spreadsheet to the remote backup page so I could import it. I was so grateful that I didn't have to lose 4 years of data. The rep I dealt with (Nick) was incredibly helpful...
