4 stars: Works well now. Be careful. Had to uninstall and reinstall because it do not shut off my alarm system properly. Perhaps clearing the cache every once in a while would be wise? Someone who had entry to my home found police called because there app did not shut off the system properly. Always check the website to make sure your system is of.
4 stars: When first installed the app was perfect, but as of late I'm having issues with entering PIN codes remotely. Vivint says the problem is with the app and the problem is still there. Unfortunately, if it's not corrected, I will have no choice but to terminate my service with Vivint and get a different security system
4 stars: I have been using the Vivint system for more than 2 Years. It has provided a great sense of security in addition to conviences we would not have been able to have like the remote door lock and remote climate control. There are other uses for the smart house system that we haven't installed yet. Stay tuned. Victor
5 stars: So far I have no complaints! Only that often the wind blows and it will state someone is in driveway or at the door but there want be nobody! But we find it convenient at locking up when we leave from our phones! Also to be able to talk to whomever is at door through speaker! More pros than cons!
