5 stars: for me its ohsem...the driver are friendly...but need fix a lil bit like a driver profile need to do like a grab which is put a detail together with pic...so the passenger didn't worry...
3 stars: I'm so disappointed with the driver action, most of them don't want accept our request because of the lowest price. Even the price are more cheaper compare to mycar and grab. And than, the location on this app very not accurate and always give the wrong location. This app design still make me confused so far. I like it because of the cheaper price
4 stars: It is worth when paying the price but there some small issues. Is that some drivers they don't have any experience on looking at the map. So maybe you could try to teach them how to look at the map from the beginning they sign in becoming a driver. Mostly I cancelled because these kind of issues
5 stars: I needed to learn some things beforehand, as to use the show maps feature. I also have to search for some places on the map before ordering. Oh and sometimes when I open the map it needs a while to adjust.
