5 stars: I have been a moderate user of the app for nearly one year. So far I have encountered not a single issue. It is so userfriendly that a non-computer-savvy person like me are able to use it with ease. The transparent and straight policy adds to the benefit of the app. I wish the developer team a colossal success near.
3 stars: Delivery is pathetic. Expected delivery date are never respected. Once you call customer care, either they are busy or they would blame the system and update with a new delivery date. We are talking of medicines here, that people should keep in mind. Ordering through app and medicine validation is good. No complaints.
4 stars: earlier i gave 1 star for service but after that they taken my comments seriousty and improvised their service, now medicin delivered 4 days prior to felivery date, kudos to service and improvisation. 1 star less for yoyr pathetic customer care, please have some trainibg for them, representative should be able to handel situation also rather than just speaking mugged up answers.
5 stars: Good App, If Prescription is not available then Customer can consultant free of cost to Phareasy Dr. for his order. But before dispatch the Order once the price of all medicines and total order value confirmed then customer should have an option to edit the order quantity. Because before order confirmation customer can't calculate total confirmed order Value. Edit option should be there.
