5 stars: Great potential for in depth online communication. The best functionality in expression by all kinds of text, documents and visuals. One cannot be mislead for the context while interacting on the Internet.
3 stars: We ditched Slack for this and still we don't have anywhere near the functionality of Slack's interface. Although it is 'free' as part of the GSuite, we're considering migrating back to Slack. There's still no Zapier integration meaning we can't include Hangouts Chat as part of our workflow, something Slack was an integral part of.
3 stars: Needs a dark mode. Fortunately on pc there are now stylus skins that look decent. Inconsistent number of times you need to hit enter versus Hangouts, which was consistent. An extra enter is often needed when sending an image and i don't always realize it. Will probably improve with age, like me.
5 stars: like tbe fact that there is a quality of privacy.dont know that's all I can tell you right now except for I would very much like for you to please hook me up on Hangouts I have been on it before and had no problems of this kind.
3 stars: Please add the ability to reply to messages in the chat, or at least auto quote them. Additionally, allow messages to be pinned.
3 stars: when you Upload video it says format aint right or you cant tell how long is taking to upload it to your chat . or is it even doing something ???? damn yall a fool
