5 stars: I love this app! I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety from school, and this app has helped me overcome my worries and stress. Calm has helped me regain my focus and enjoy life more. I will definitely be paying for a premium subscription 😁
5 stars: As a middle school teacher, I use Calm in my classroom to support daily mindfulness practice. As a mom, I use the app to play sleep stories to my son. He is a very actice kindergartner, but the stories put him right to sleep. He loves Sienna the Sloth. I also use the Flight Anxiety section with great results. I enjoy Tamara's voice! Thank you for such a helpful resource!
5 stars: I never rated anything but, Calm is like nothing else Beautiful sights and sounds.Update 4/26/19. Calm continues to get better and better. More than woth the small cost for the benefit of a peaceful nights rest and calming meditations. I also take advantage of the fun to do exersizes that quietly help me start my day and prepare my night. Get it you will love it.
