4 stars: used it a couple of times and love it! very helpful in finding medicine that sometimes is difficult to find at the pharmacy, very fast response and delivery sooner then estimated. But it would be better if we could be informed where / which pharmacy has the medicine in advance, and if we can also rate the gojek driver.
5 stars: have been using this many times. never dissapointed, given the fact the doctor called me after the purchase to double check the drugs that I've been used and the latest recovery condition.
4 stars: a very helpful application in case of emergency. I've used for several time now, and the ETA is surprisingly faster than expected. in the future i wish this app also linked to BPJS. but so far it's already good. thank you!

5 stars: very easy and helpfull. driver is making sure that the receiver is the same on the order. the wrapped the medicine with their halodoc plastic wrap. neat n impressive.
4 stars: so far, it's million times better and more helpful compared with hours of waiting in queue at hospital. Though, sometimes it's kinda hard to find available doctor in the app, especially ob/gyn, so maybe add more doctor...
