5 stars: If you have any issues their customer service department is the best and the app does it all. These guys are in the money!!!
4 stars: Sometimes the app can be unclear. When I list a note with a service, the client won't see it unless they go back into their appointment after booking it. So a lot of times they ask a question about their appointment that is already answered in the note. It is a bit frustrating bc there is no way for the client to know that. Otherwise, the app does save a lot of time, and cut down on me having ton schedule appointments while working.
