3 stars: all good apart from the navigation. ur roads etc are not upto date and get sent down one way roads or dead ends. not clear and precise. you need to have google apps as a default WITHOUT having to take you out off uber app to go onto Google maps. should be implemented on the uber app itself.
3 stars: I'm actually giving my review as s a Uber Partner .I have not used the new app because I haven't been driving for about two months. My car was damaged on the inside by a rider and I was told to use my own car insurance. I reached out several times to Uber to no avail. I wrote the CEO and I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM HIM! This has been going on since SEPTEMBER 2018!
5 stars: Very Easy to use. I have been driving for 3 days practically $100 a day is to easy. I have not had any troubles with being a driver persay.. But I go on to the driver app to input that I'm Active Duty in the Military and they sent Instructions but how they described it does not give the same options as they specified which makes it impossible to do.
5 stars: Wow this app is great. Exactly what a driver would want. Fast, smooth and easy to use. I was very frustrated with the navigation but it was my fault and the app was fine. Moreover, I see a lot of people commenting about the uber company itself. whereas, they should be giving feedback about the the 'app' here and how it works. Anyway, thank you for creating such a perfect app.
