3 stars: Why do you guys do not reply to our emails on complaints and proof of possible hacking? A few of us has spend thousands in this game until the merge happens, hacker can try hack into our acct???? What is this? Also, we send numerous emails wif screenshots but no 1 response at all. What's the point of having good games but six in support.
3 stars: After maintenance update yesterday, cant claim login rewards, panda rewards, update rewards, cant exchange bamboo, baha ranking gone, other server got free motor skin. Tried to reinstall the game, still the same. The heckk. Fix SEA Server 45 oi. Too much glitch and lag. Useless update.
5 stars: I will report this app for fraud. You have not assisted any player's concerns. I have contacted you via email and chat. You keep on ignoring us. Your support team is incompetent!
