5 stars: App does what it says. Like being able to allow a login from my notifications. I've switched phones multiple times as well as factory reset thus phone multiple times and have never had an issue. The first time Blizzard helped me remove the authenticator as the phone is was using bricked itself.
3 stars: After having some issues getting this set up. Its working fine now. But I don't understand why it didn't ask for the proper permissions it needs to set up. Lost some stars for the headache it gave me, but it works like a boss now.
3 stars: All of the people complaining about losing their account info obviously didn't read the app info. It clearly states to write down your authorization code somewhere safe so if ANYTHING happens to your phone you won't be locking yourself out! Stop down grading this app just because you're mad you didn't read!!
3 stars: Basically I made a factory reset on my phone and I deleted the authenticator and now I'm having the problem of entering a serial code which I don't have anymore since I deleted everything on my phone including the screenshot. Now I can't log in on my account, so Blizzard, any potential help/fix to that problem? I can give you any potential info of the account in a private chat.
3 stars: My main problem seems to be whenever WoW asks for authentication the app doesn't do anything. It says there are no requests. I've had to retry 4 or 5 logins before the app recognises anything.
