5 stars: Unable to gift rewards, redeem button is disabled. And when I try to select another contact number from my phone it doesn't reflect in the app. Bring back the dial up redemption you're wasting my points. Edit: Issue resolved, thank you so much for fixing this!
4 stars: it's great to see the usage of your data but apparently the choices in points we're talking about data and you can only choose 2 option 1gb valid for (1 day) and the other one is 100mb valid for (1 day) and that's just sad to see maybe you can add more choices in points (load) so we the big points can actually happy about it, please put more choices thanks that will be great!
2 stars: Poor support for adding a Globe Home Prepaid WiFi (HPW) N401 unit. The semi-automated process did not work on 2 different phones despite asking help from Globe Support. In the end, Reddit saved the day and with some technical know-how I was able to add the unit manually. Globe needs to fix their app instead of having their customers do the usual uninstall and reinstall process.
2 stars: Not a good app. I buy a subscription and it doesn't show up in the app so cant track useage or data plan. Often when i pay with credit card nothing happens until i get refunded by bank. The history doesn't show purchases only points earned. As far as apps go, this is definitely one of the worst i have tried to use. I am going to research other phone companies to see if their service is better. Very unhappy with globe.
