4 stars: Bolt is doing a great job, their taxi & other transport and movement services are fantastic. But it feels like the Bolt app is not keeping up... The biggest problem is communicating the pick-up (or drop-off) location, especially when the app tries but fails to translate between the languages of the driver and customer. More innovation is needed in this!
3 stars: The app works fine and has the usual ups and downs of any rideshare service. The most frustrating part is that drivers can cancel a ride at any time with no penalty, even after you've waited a long time. Meanwhile, passengers are charged a fee if they cancel. It feels unfair and makes the experience unreliable at times.
2 stars: The app iss comfortable charging customers for cancelations but not to drivers. Had numerous situations where driver would cancel ride in the last moment leaving waiting for almost an hour on one occasion. Support is also AI driven so not useful at all and you can contact them related to rides that have occurred but not scheduled ones. All in all very poor service but lesser than two evils.
