5 stars: We use the app and find it very easy and convenient. Except each time we get to to store to collect our order, we have to wait for it to be perpared. The app itself, is great!
3 stars: No option to remove or request a specific piece. Also, prices on the app are double the price where there's a delivery fee and driver tip, makes no sense why the price must be a bit absurd but other than that the app is okay.
3 stars: I'm giving this App 3 stars simply because I never experienced any difficulties when placing an order except when they ran the R2 streetwise 2 special, I never got it because the app wouldn't allow me to pay for R2 instead it would freezefor the whole week !!!!! Jesus !!!
2 stars: App is very slow. When clicking something it takes about a minute for the change to register. No issues with other apps. Also having to choose a donation amount or close the donation screen every single time the cart is altered or an item removed is a bit much really.
2 stars: In most cases the app doesn't work and it constantly needs updates and worse all the orders I've placed on the app were not successful. Sometimes the app just closes while ordering or just tells you to try again later...
