5 stars: Using since long time very good experience with IMO, getting some issues last few days in my video call their was a beauty filter was missing no option for it, can give any solution please. Thank you Thank you so much IMO issue rectified Very satisfied with your service.
4 stars: The location sharing stops working without a warning. It's a good feature for safety and mental peace that needs to be consistent. Sometimes it works for the other person but I'm unable to share my location, that's the only reason for a 4 star rating. The ads are irritating sometimes because they interrupt the continuity in case of a call drop. Please do something about the location sharing and make it consistent please.
4 stars: I used the app for a long time and it's not the same. Whenever I am in voice or video call with someone, it stops every 10 minutes. This causes me to redial every time. And the change phone number won't allow you to change one trusted number to another within the same region. This displays a message: 'The phone number you entered doesn't match your account's.' Please fix this!!!
2 stars: I am not able to send out messages, just shows as not delivered. I tried to uninstall the app hoping that would help but now I have lost a very important conversations history and there is no where in the app that allows you to save or back up chat histories. This would be very useful so that things wouldn't be lost.
