4 stars: not sure why but when I get a phone call it doesn't show on the screen or ring to alert me. it will show a banner when it's done saying missed call from...... Call back or message. But I would like to be able to receive the calls so can there be a fix so it shows as a notification. I've been to setting and other things but still won't work
4 stars: I've been using TextPlus since 2017/8! I LOVE it. I just wish they had more options for Packages to do with wifi. And so Canadians can get SIM card 2. As of now, We can't. Otherwise it's great. Here n there, you might have a failed call. Or not get a call whoever called you for whatever reason. But that's like few times a year. There are few things they can tweak still. So I'm giving them 4 ☆ out of 5!! Thanx TextPlus!
3 stars: The only issue with this app is sometimes it doesn't assign any number at the very beginning! and instead you would see an error saying
2 stars: Text plus is the best texting app as long as you use your phone every 30 day or pay for the keep number for a year. I recommend this app to a friend and he let the number expire and when we tried to get a new one it just gave us an error. We contacted support 2 months ago and never got a reply. We've since deleted his account. I was really disappointed because I really love the app and am a paid subscriber.
