5 stars: I see so many people complaining about the app and it not working properly but I have had not issues so far with using it. Got kyc verified and all of my pi transferred. And to those complaining about the wallet not being connected to anything else. That is the point. It's more secure that way. Stop complaining and save your passphrases somewhere physically. Not that hard people.
4 stars: The app like many others I've experienced is very testing. White screen for a while, then pulsating pi symbol for about 10 seconds, then a buffering black screen. And, an age later if at all, you will be able to start mining. Then! a drop down message says
3 stars: Update: Some voodoo happened and my status is now pending... I'm stunned. The camera portion of the app is junk, it freezes the camera so that I cannot scan in my ID, then when it does snap a photo it doesn't even attempt to focus. They are aware of the issue and clearly do not care at all, just see the other reviews stating the same.
3 stars: Works fine, as far as a layman can tell. Except for enrolling in KYC. I am unable to complete the process because the app uses the widest angle camera on my phone (galaxy s20) when I try to give a picture of my drivers license. This makes it impossible to get a good picture, and there's no option for uploading an image from my phone! Y'all should be better than this.
