4 stars: Very good app but lacks clarity about how to start and where to start for the beginners, lots of WebEx extensions with same name and logo appear when you google WebEx just for a meeting and each one serves you with plenty of literature without much clarity. Meeting experience is excellent.
3 stars: Why is there no toggle for notification banners? I hate having my phone's audio dimmed with a barely audible sound, but with no quick way to preview and/or dismisse the message. Overall it's a pretty good experience, but the app is lacking basic functionality vs the desktop client. I hope to see message editing and separation of favorite channels soon.
3 stars: We use this app for business and it works well. They only issue I seem to always have is how long it takes for my groups to load up. I used to be able to click the app and it would load all my conversations rather quickly like say 5 seconds. Currently I could click the app and it might take anywhere from 30 seconds up to a minute before it loads. Very annoying when you need quick information.
