3 stars: I think the App is broken. My Business discounts don't get extended when I add something to the cart. In the Shopping App logged on with my Business Account, I can see the extended Business discounts in the cart unlike thr Business App. I have pics that show the repro

It was driving me mad having to switch from my personal account to my business account and back again on the app. I could never remember how to do it and would end up with saved business items in my personal account basket and vice versa! Love love love that I don't have to switch accounts any more \ud83d\ude01

5 stars: Not sure why the negative reviews. I logged in with my business account email address and it logged me straight in. It's easier to switch between apps than switch between profiles in the main Amazon app so I'm happy.
