5 stars: Very good experience 100% recommend but my problem is at night there is mostly no charge
4 stars: Experience has been good. App is user friendly and there are no technical glitches. I would only look at the economical side. Usually scooty apps in qatar give some offers like first ride free or some friendly offers which is not the case here. Could be improved.
3 stars: It was difficult to find scooters that were charged (most were completely dead), but once we finally found two, we had a blast!

4 stars: Quite refreshing to see something like this in Qatar, however I discovered that some scooters are supported but others, still under the name LOOP don't work. They even show on the map and you can start a ride with them, but they don't work. Please fix this. Otherwise it's a good service

5 stars: Tht was amazing. Payment step could be easier however. As firstly I filled the credit card details on the loop, then again on Doha bank, and then OTP from my own bank. Could simply be app and OTP. Otherwise, really good experience.
