5 stars: Hi...in the updated version..we have to log in using our username and password.By doing that will the other person whose profile picture we are viewing will be notified??

If it had the following 2 features, then I'd give it 5⭐: The ability to notify me when anyone who I've previously downloaded changes their profile picture and/or anyone any user that I select Also, the ability to tell the app to launch when I open Instagram. If it had those features I'd be willing to pay and would give 5 stars
