5 stars: good app. Keeps me up on the news (2019). This new format takes a bit to get used to but seems fine. It's way faster loading the text so I can read the article, I also don't have to reset my phone to get the article open. So I kinda like this new format.
4 stars: I like this app. It's simply a digest of generally available news items, but I like the way you can swipe from one article to the next. It is a bit US orientated, but I can cope with that. I think it's one of the best news apps around.
3 stars: The UX changes are not good. The layout is worse for browsing articles, and the other features added are unnecessary and clutter the interface. Another poorly executed UI redesign, like the terrible v6 UI changes to the Microsoft Launcher.
3 stars: Love the new experience A couple little quirks But to be able to block feeds that just want you to sign up to access... A few too many Ads.
3 stars: All the tacked-on garbage features like bing search, rewards, video needs to either be removed or at least become secondary to the news features, which is the point of the app. If I wanted all the unecessary garbage then I'd use the bing app instead.
4 stars: Decent enough app. The ads are highly annoying, however it gets the job done.
5 stars: Since the navigating between topics was changed back swiping like it used to be I am updating from 1 to 5 stars. It is back to being the best news app available.
