5 stars: Good start with FREE NOW and then had to deal with an issue (driver not showing up and thus forcing me to cancel, getting him the 6 eur cancellation fee). The good news is that FREE NOW customer service replied to me very quickly, and they agreed I was right (they checked the driver's GPS data). I got reimbursed, the driver got a warning. Well done FREE NOW! I'll keep using your services.
4 stars: The experience was smooth and very good. Yet I found very annoying that I could not find a single video tutorial in the app itself or in YouTube that showed how one pays a ride. Of course it's not complicated but it would be great to understand what you're supposed to do to pay before being in a situation of hurry.
