4 stars: Billing System has improved. Thumbs up. In-App map voice isn't stable. Kindly work on it because it helps more when map voice is always active. Fares need to be a bit up. Thank you
4 stars: Nice app in terms of navigation, chatting with riders, commission payment system etc. The only issue is the names of riders. Please make the names of riders show as request comes in

5 stars: Good app but just that the fix pricing in ghana is the only issue u be in traffic for 2 hours for a ride to end 45 minutes and riders pay same fare or even reduced

5 stars: Very good and the managements are good listeners, but we need more request to do more. To our riders they waste our time because nothing affect them even if they delayed, pls do something small about that. Time is money, i value every seconds at work. Many thanks.
