3 stars: The app constantly crashes when I try to order a taxi, and after the initial crash - it crashes every time in the initial load screen. Restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache and storage - didn't work. fixed 2 days later...
4 stars: Would have been 5 but the app was crashing severely and the drivers will always take you up to the highest end of the estimated price.
4 stars: Great service most drivers are very polite and friendly. I usually don't have to wait more than a couple minutes for a driver. Best ride share in Israel

5 stars: Amazing! I rely on them to get to where I need go. Amazing service. Sometimes the app tweaks out and sends the pickup or dropoff at the wrong location, but when this has happened they resolve it. :)
