5 stars: Yandex is the company that makes me proud of Russia. This is the only dictionary/translator I use now. I've tried so many of them, but only Yandex Translate has everything I need: bookmarks, transcription (this was the first reason why I started to use this translator), arranged context examples, synonyms, frequency sort. I love it! Thank you Yandex for the great product!
3 stars: Nice app, but the image recognition tool doesn't work well with Japanese. 1. It doesn't recognise vertical text. 2. It doesn't recognise horizontal text that wraps to a new line. Words split by a line break are not recognised at all.
5 stars: Offline works well. I've got two recommendations for the team, 1) please support English phonetics for Russian so I can learn to pronounce words. 2) please allow us to tap individual words to play them so we can practise saying words that are difficult, so we can perfect the entire sentence.
5 stars: This app seems to work well. I hope it continues to work well. I have had other apps that did not do as they say they would, and then they wanted to charge you on top of that after saying they were free!
