Players take turns placing cards in the center by either tapping their card or dragging it to the center pile. If you place a face card or an ace in the center, then the other player has 1 to 4 chances to play a face card or an ace. If the other player fails to play a face card or an ace, then you win the cards in the center pile. The game is over when one player has all the cards. A player is eliminated when they have no cards remaining.

Any player, including previously eliminated players and new players, may 'slap' at any time if there is a special sequence of cards (sandwiches or doubles) at the top of the center pile. Whoever slaps first wins the cards in the center pile. Be careful, though. If a player slaps when there is no special sequence, then they lose a card.
