5 stars: App is great until you need to get in contact with someone. I have been having the same issue of them double charging my card when they add the tip. So far the first charge without the tip have been falling off but it is tying up credit on my card. I have brought this to their attention but it's still happening and now I can't find anything on the app of how to contact them. Hmmmmm???

3 stars: It has been a hassle sometimes wth orders and then it gets harder to solve the issue in a certain way. Uber always recommends using the app to make a complaint, but it never leaves me satisfied enough as much as talking to someone does. However, I like the tracking system and how it gives a time to let u know what time the food will be at the door.
