3 stars: It will not allow me to use the option to pay in cash. Some restaurants and the app are not in sync, e.g the app would provide an option for a large meal whilst the restaurant has a regular meal option only. So you end up paying more for nothing. Some restaurants only appear during certain hours. Otherwise, quite a user friendly app

3 stars: This app is very buggy. It takes too much time to load everything. Sometimes even the coupon doesn't apply and there is nothing i can do about it. The app closes by itself sometimes. I am pretty sure the problem is not with my phone, because i have a OnePlus 6 and every other app works great. This app recently removed the ability to add \
3 stars: One star less because the arrival time estimates are always super off, but i love the app otherwise, especially free delivery when you share the courier! There are a few bugs which for example don't result in free delivery even when that restaurant is on the free delivery timer so that's one more star off.
4 stars: The convenience the app provides is amazing. My only major gripe is the lack of information when restaurants are unavailable. Are they closed? Too busy? Not enough drivers? I've had issues where I'll call a restaurant directly to make a pickup order and they are happy to take it however the app says they are unavailable. The staff at these restaurants seem to have no idea this is occurring or why.
