3 stars: Frustrating: app. Locks up, crashes, ten + second lag between the time I click an option to when it responds. Using the seating chart is frustrating; it's difficult to actually navigate to the area I wish to view. The design and idea are great and would be a five star if not for the issues mentioned.
3 stars: Seat selection in map view is slower than the browser version and in some cases unresponsive (app often crashes). I expected the app to be faster. Also, mobile tickets don't display the name of the event on the screen, just the seat info, making it difficult to keep track of several tickets if you add the to a digital wallet.
5 stars: Easy, fast and so much better than the website. Love the map view, find exactly the seats I want, zoom in, click on the seat, a pop up window has all the information that you need, click add and then pick your next seat and repeat. Love it ❤❤❤
5 stars: Great success when I purchased tickets through the app! I initially tried on my laptop and couldn't get it to go through-very frustrating... I'll know in the future to go to the app for quick and easy process! Less than 5 minutes!
3 stars: Keeps crashing. I'm unable to access my tickets. I hate this app. It also doesn't save your login info so I have to enter username and password every time I open it. My concert is tomorrow evening so unless the app works I'm out almost $200.
