4 stars: I am enjoying the use of this app. Sometimes it's a bit hard to find exactly what I need. Diversifying the content, at times, leads me to stumbling accross content which I am actually not interested in (i have a feeling it used to be more meditation-based). But overall good experience!

5 stars: i use this app mainly as a timer for solo meditstion, it has very pleasant bells to signal the start, intervals and end of sessions. in addition you can add continuous sounds such as OM to your session. the guided sessions are good too, there are plenty to choose from reat App, perfect for guided or solo meditation.

The site provides a wide variety of resources and very high quality publishers. Cost for courses is nominal.
