4 stars: In malaysia this app is really good and the Service is also very good. But. there are still rude and irresponsible driver. They never read any message we sent to help them with the route to the pick up destination. Another issue is.. Some driver accept our order and cancel it after a very long time, and I have to rebook. But.. all over this app is very useful.
5 stars: Super convenient! One is able to get a driver within less than 10 seconds almost every time. You can store locations and the gps/location function is pretty accurate. I've really enjoyed using grab. Oh, and the drivers are incredibly nice and helpful. Feel free to ask them questions; you'll find grab drivers eager to assist.
5 stars: i just ordered a grabfood few mins ago. n turns out, the driver ran away, he finished the payment, he took both, my food n my ovo credits (all of it) i dunno how he did that cuz there should be some change left, but he took all of it. This is not the first time i have this kind of issue. Please consider this n i demand a refund
