3 stars: 1} if I sent to the driver five messages and there was no reply, something wrong is going on (safety issue or bad costumer service from the driver). \
5 stars: I like the app, it is easy to navigate, tells me how long I will have to wait and easy GPS to let me know where the driver is. I like using Grab in Malaysia, in Thailand sometimes it is a hassle because of the Bangkok traffic it is not always the exact time specified to wait and the drivers will ask to cancel after waiting 20 mins for them, but in other Asian countries Grab is the most convenient app to have.
4 stars: Usually reliable, but there is still room for improvement especially in Angeles City. Map geolocation tag are sometimes not accurate. You literally have to watch out for your ride or you risk missing your ride. This has happened to me thrice when I was in Angeles City. Even the drivers of the car that picked me up are also complaining about the geolocation accuracy.
4 stars: The app is good, but there is one thing. You guys need to make an option where we can order food from seperate stands/corners but in the same mall like for example, you order a drink but you also want to order something else like fries. So, i won't have to buy food twice in seperate times. I hope this was useful. Thank you.
