5 stars: Free version is not indicative of the quality of the paid version. You need to use it for at least ten articles to understand how it works. This app has improved greatly since the last time I used it. **I've updated my review to five stars. Every issue I had with the app has been resolved.
5 stars: this app is the perfect way to progress beyond beginner stage to advanced. i have found it very motivating to watch my number of known words mount as I listen to and read the content I choose to study. highly recommended.
4 stars: I've tried everything and the lingq method is the only one that has ever worked for me. I would put 5 stars, but there is no working pinyin option in the app. I really hope it's added, I'm currently forced to use the mobile site, which is really clunky and uncomfortable to use.
5 stars: What I was looking for. After learning some Kanji and vocab already I had been looking for something else to take my Japanese to the next level. I had found other great resources that do individual things well but this potentially is an all-in-one.
5 stars: I like the app and the method of learning it uses. The interface is easy to use. I initially had a payment issue but their customer service was understanding of and fixed it quickly. Definetly recommend!
