4 stars: Good clear display. I love that you can see the position of all the taxis on the map. Only negative point: if no drivers are nearby it tells you you're out of the service area, even if you aren't. This has meant I couldn't use this to get back from Salford Royal hospital several times.
5 stars: had trouble finding my driver because his English wasn't great, totally my fault for not knowing where to go. gett actually had a translator call me and explain everything. wow.
3 stars: App is fine, experience was fine generally. The problems are two fold: 1 Because there are less drivers, the nearest was 10 min drive away rather than 1-2 mins with Uber. 2 Even WITH a £3 discount, the ride still cost £1 more than it does with Uber! You're screwed guys. Unless you can compete on price this whole endeavour is pointless, especially when you cant even beat Uber on convenience.
5 stars: Great app, so easy to use and you are supporting the licensed London taxi trade at the same time (unlike some other ride-hailing apps).
5 stars: Very reliable, friendly and knowledgable drivers, who get paid a proper wage. I'm always moving stuff around, as don't have a car, amd drivers never blink an eyelid as long as it fits in the cab.
