5 stars: I love Nykaa. Both the portal and mobile app. I've been using now for more than 2 years. No issues at all. Great packaging and delivery time. all products are available at discounts. Even if i have an issue with the product, it is resolved very well and refund is given. Only one minud thing is lots of familiar brand items run out of stock lots of times. Except for this, I do and will recommend Nykaa to friends and family.
3 stars: This app has several bugs and I don't think they have a strong teach team to maintain the app. I placed an order and paid via paytm, despite successful transaction the order history does not show my order! Now I have to write a mail and wait for grievance team to solve it then the order will be places and dispatched! So much for saving time and energy.
5 stars: great app to shop from! loved the experience both on cod and online payment! read the reviews and then buy the product! be wise and save money. although they have good range of products, results may vary from person to person. hence do not blame nykaa for the unwanted results!
4 stars: nykka offers me wide variety of skincare, personal care and makeup options. Plus they have discounts every two days. My only issue is the delivery it takes time sometimes which can be difficult.
