3 stars: I love what this app is trying to do. I've been on Google Voice for a long time and am trying to get off of it and this is making my transition easier. It needs work though, my SIMs in the app keep deactivating, the web interface has a nonintutive url, there is no chrome extension, and the app is clunky. I really want to be able to switch to this T-Mobile, please stick with it. PS: What's the deal with being able to change your family members' digits passwords from the account management website? That's creepy.
3 stars: I use this app for my work number, and it caused me quite a bit of trouble. There are updates often, so I'm hoping the problems are being sorted out. The app will not show that I've got voicemails, then all of a sudden they show up dating back a week or two. I also missed texts frequently. My business relies on being able to communicate with customer by phone. Hoping these bugs are taken care of soon!
3 stars: Miss a ton of calls n the default voicemail folder somehow ended up in audio music all my missed VM that were very important was defaulting to Samsung music player. Ugh T-Mobile Step it up!!! We pay for digits and extra line n money PLEASE work on the Development of the defaults and user interface.
3 stars: Using downloaded Digits app on a non TMobile Android Samsung phone. Great concept. Has lots of rooms for improvement. Missed lots of calls. Having issues sending text. Don't quite understand the reason to have location turned on...
