2 stars: Webeecam Free-USB Web Camera apk download - Phone: Galaxy Note 4 (Enyos octa core) Camera: Logitech c920 Full HD@30fps. Well It works I guess. I am having a picture rips and at 720p the App records with 5 fps. I cannot get decent video out of it no matter what I do. As soon as you set the resolution to 720p the video starts to lag a lot. This happens with the free and the paid app also. Maybe it's a setting. I will keep it uninstalled until this issue is resolved. Still the author has put a lot of options inside. But with that laggy video I cannot give more than 2 stars sorry.

3 stars: Potential is there. - This could be a great app but it seems disorganised. The first thing the app requested was my contacts which I denied access to. Why would it want your contacts? That immediately makes people lose trust. Once you are loaded for the first time it's not clear where to start due to their advert playing for the pro version. Once you figure how to shut this down you have usage of the app. You are restricted though by timers, watermarks etc. Great features, but buggy and expensive for what it is.
4 stars: Webcam for free - Usb Web cam app. Worked fine on my Samsung tablet using a wire camera I got off e bay as the software that came with it did not work. Worth a try
