3 stars: Indrive is a new thing that helps commuters being one of currently, according to passengers, has affordable service they have. But there is a need to update or fix things like, there should have an option in the passenger booking interface, if it's pass thru to expressway or not so that there will be adjustment with the fare matrix that passenger choice which of which and the driver would accept or not.
2 stars: My experience with your car service has been quite disappointing. First, the cars are consistently old and in poor condition. This really impacts the ride quality. Second, the drivers are often poor navigators and get lost easily. They don't seem to know the best routes and drive very slowly, which is frustrating...
