4 stars: Please, make the app (contents) translatable. Especially to English, so that non Chinese people can also understand easily without constant inter app translation, which is tiring most times.

3 stars: Everything is in Chinese, even the customer service types in Chinese as well. There should be a button to navigate to English Incase you don't understand Mandarin 😭😭😭😭
