5 stars: Google Pay has been incredibly easy and convenient to use. The interface is simple and well-designed, making transactions smooth and hassle-free. Sending money, paying bills, and making purchases happen instantly without any issues. It’s reliable, fast, and has made digital payments so much easier for me. A great experience overall!
4 stars: Google Pay is a great, fast, and secure payment app. The UI is smooth, transaction speed is quick, and UPI support is excellent. There are also occasional offers. However, one issue is the lack of a specific Dark Mode toggle. It depends on the phone’s system- dark mode, which can be annoying. More customization options would make it even better.
4 stars: This UPI app has exemplary features! But still, here are a few pointers to improve: (i) At and after each UPI payment the balance should be made visible, to encourage conscious spending habits. (ii) A track of expenditure, income and its analysis, would be wonderful. Please do try to include these features too.
3 stars: It got log out automatically, and saying to verify my mobile number again. They previously wanted to access your location permission and sms to users data at the name of security. It can't be trusted by Indians. It is also not convenient to use. You have to scroll to the bottom to check bank accounts balance and also you can't check balances of all accounts in a flow. You have to check for each account one by one.
