5 stars: I'm glad to see a USA friendly version of the game is released. The game overall is really fun with various heroes to play. balance is okay overall, but games like these always have issues with balance. The only real issue I have is that the prices for Skins are rather expensive, particularly during events. Overall, it's a really fun game
4 stars: very fun I've been playing it for years. the interface for the reward system is very confusing, but I myself haven't put more than $20 into the game over the course of like four or five years. and still have unlocked very good skins and such.
4 stars: I've been playing on and off for years, probably since 2018. I used to play League of Legends, and this game fits my style. The only gripe I really have is the number of skins locked behind events. Miss one month because you wanna play another game. You could miss an exclusive skin for some even and never know when the next time you will ever see it again.
3 stars: Even though the game is the exact same, I am not able to fluidly switch accounts and it is annoying compared to how you were easily able to in the other version. If you could please make the switch account system the same as before this game would easily be better.
3 stars: not a single way to contact customer support. my account email through the other app is no longer accessible to me and I have no way to ask how to resolve it. will most likely lose hundreds of dollars of skins because of this swit...
