4 stars: I'm having a great experience playing the X app. They've really been improving the game like a few glitches patched and additional sound effects. However the only thing that's truly missing are cool Avatar Attack animation scenes! Come on, we wanna unleash the beasts!
3 stars: I enjoy the game design, but it is definitely difficult if you like to grind to level up your Power Core EXP. It does not save progress, so if you try to upgrade Power Cores, everything restarts when you leave and return to the game or if the game crashes. The only thing you can grind is the Beyblades themselves, to level 5 max.
2 stars: Updating my review following the app update, sadly I still can't enter battles but everything else seems to be working well. Again it's pretty frustrating that there is nothing in the settings to help mitigate this. Perhaps there's a way to make it so that we can pre-download a certain amount of data like in the Pokemon go app to help it run smoother
2 stars: This is disappointing to say the least, especially compared to the Japanese equivalent. The battles are slow and tedious, the in-game controls are awkward and uncomfortable to use, and your kit relies more on modular gacha powerups than the bey components themselves. The only thing I actually enjoyed was scanning my collection into the virtual library, but even that is better done in the Japanese app.
