5 stars: Cloaked app has been a useful tool in removing information off the web and keep things more secure. Creating identities is nice for also, bad part is if lose password or login key it's hard to recover but the cloak team will definitely help!! Big kudos to Angela for being supportive and thurough with concerns.
4 stars: I was irritated at the circles I went in, trying to cancel. This kind of looping seemed really counter to their brand and services. Spoke w customer lead, they are aware of the issues I was having, and they explained where they were in updating features on apps and web. The product is good. But the user experience needs a bit more work (that they are working on). I hope it's in better shape when I return.
3 stars: Can't review the app as my password was created by Chrome. I have no way to log on to the app I'm not going to create another password why don't password managers take this into consideration?
2 stars: The ads are a scam. I had to manually remove my information from most of the data broker sites, something we can all do for free with time and effort. The cloaked emails and phone numbers didn't work, even after following all of the process...
