5 stars: One of the best and most organized websites I've ever used. I lived in Austria from 2014 to 2017 and used it frequently both for buying and selling. The only negative point (for me as a foreigner) is that it is in German only. I am planning to replicate it in my own country 😀

2 stars: it's pretty good, only bad thing is the picture scrolling. especially on tablets it can't decide between scrolling the picture (sideways swipe) or scrolling the whole page (up and down) even when I clearly swipe sideways on the picture!
2 stars: A lot of internationals use Willhaben. On the website one can at least activate Google translate, but it would be much more useful if the app natively supported English
