3 stars: I am unable to update to the latest version (21.9) from the Play Store. Could you please guide me on how to update to the latest version? I don’t see any option to update. I have already uninstalled the old app and reinstalled it, but the update is still not appearing. Thanks
3 stars: It is a good app overall but after this new update I am not able to add any beneficiary..if i want to add any beneficiary..first of all i have to uninstall the app and then again installed it then i am able to add beneficiary for some time not some days just some hours ...but from now on its just for few minutes.. whenever i try to add beneficiary then a blank screen shows up ..please fix this as soon as possible
2 stars: Issue with the application: Syncing data is taking too much time.While adding beneficiary,the blank screen appears even though clear the cache .It is taking lot of effort to add anything.The application is slow any time..Kindly fix it to reduce the time and effort Thanks!!
2 stars: Very frustrating app. There is problem in Adding of beneficiaries . It Always give some error like beneficiary aadhar already exist . Resident type not mentioned........etc . While all the data entered are always correct. Please overview the application and update it seriously by solving the issue ..every month after updation a new issue is being seen . Please fix the issue so that every AWW can do their work stress free.
