5 stars: This is the best phone company I've ever used. Their plan is easy. 35 dollars unlimited calls and data. They have good coverage and an exceptional customer service. Plus they are green literally considering that they are contributing to reforestation. Can't believe how happy I am for being a Felix customer... that's insane! 😅🌲
4 stars: I would love to see 5g access as soon as possible, it will greatly help with congestion. Please add it asap and if you can get it enabled I would love to see an estimation. Speed issues are common compared to a family members voda SIM in the same area on the same device but it has 5g access. It would be a large upgrade to customers and I would seriously love to see it asap. Thanks.
4 stars: Great experience so far. App is very easy to use and the service is reliable in towns and cities, but reliability falls off once you start heading into rural Victoria. Winchelsea had no reception, despite their coverage map saying it does. It was like that the entire time I was working there. Despite that though, it's been great. :) 20mbps is more than enough and not having to worry about data is great.
